If you are faxing the new hire paperwork in, then it is your responsibility to ensure their HR department has it on file. If you can scan and email the new hire packet rather than faxing it in, copy yourself on the email. FOLLOW UP. If you select to complete any assignments without a written notification of employment, then don't be surprised when payment is delayed or not paid.
