I recently have worked more with smokers and it seems that compared to those of us that do not smoke, we get the short end of the stick. Unless the team lead sets the break times, the smokers seem to disappear. Really noticeable when you are working side by side. I tracked the smoking time and I ended up working 1.25 hours more than the smoke stack on the crew but he was not docked for the smoking time. What do you think about working with smokers or if you are a smoker do you curb your smoking working while working?
